We adjust our services to ensure that the needs of each student are met, giving them the help they need to achieve their academic potential. Our service is bespoke and completely flexible. However, we do follow a process to ensure that we fully understand the student’s objectives and provide the most appropriate service.
Our Process
1. Establish objectives
Free home consultation to assess the student’s requirements and determine how Bespoke Tuition can help. An approach to the assignment will be proposed and agreed with the parents if they are happy to proceed.
2. Professional Online System
A specific user account is set-up on our system for lesson scheduling, matching the tutor, paying invoices and ensuring lesson reports are produced after each session.
3. Selection of Tutor
After establishing objectives and setting up a user account we then propose an appropriate tutor with the right skills, personality and experience for this assignment. The tutor’s details will be sent to the parents for approval.
4. Initial Lesson and feedback
Feedback will be sought from the student, parents and tutor after the first lesson to ensure that everyone is happy with the proposed way forward and the lessons scheduled.
5. Ongoing Feedback and Communication
A short lesson report will be produced after each lesson to monitor the progress being made. Regular feedback will be sought from the parents.
